1. Shenyang Northern Hospital.
Focus on Complex lesions
The
Cardiology Department of Shenyang Northern Hospital of China has the
experienced medical experts and professional staff as well as
advanced medical equipments. There are 172 cardiac beds in
Cardiology Department. In 2007, approximately 2400 PCI procedures
were performed. In addition, other cardiovascular interventions such
as 570 cases of radiofrequency catheter ablation of tachyarrhythmia,
180 cases of permanent pacemaker including ICD implantations and 150
cases peripheral Intervention were carried out. It is the largest
interventional cardiovascular center in northeast China that had
successfully fulfilled the PCI Live Demo Case transmission on CCT
2005, Singapore Live 2006 and CIT 2007.

 The Jaslok Hospital & Research Centre is one of the oldest tertiary care, multi-specialty Trust hospitals of the country. The hospital was inaugurated on 6th July 1973 by the erstwhile Prime Minister of India, Mrs. Indira Gandhi. Jaslok Hospital is a full-fledged multi-speciality hospital with over 350 beds of which 67 are ICU beds. It now has over 250 physician consultants and 124 fully trained resident doctors. It also has a department of nursing school with 495 qualified nurses and 60 students at any given time.
The Jaslok Hospital Cardiology Department is commonly recognized as one of the leading centers for best quality cardiac care. It is a high volume centre with over 2500 coronary angiographies, 700 angioplasties and more than 100-pacemaker implantations being performed annually. It has two fully equipped, State-of-Art, digitized and functioning Cath-Labs, being amongst the few in the city, which are available for carrying out procedures round the clock. This permits us to perform Primary Angioplasty for patients with acute heart attack in the shortest time, thereby saving many lives.
