REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Registration Fee

     The registration fee differs according to the status of the participant and the registration date. The prices listed below  are based on US$ (American Dollars.) The amounts in USD are for reference only.

*Exchange Rate: Baht 30 to US$1 (December 2007, subject to change)

Registered Participants, Post-Doctoral Fellows, Students, and Nurses are entitled to:

    * Attend all Scientific Sessions
    * Attend Opening Ceremony
    * Attend the Workshop, and Discussions
    * Attend the Scientific Exhibits
    * Receive Final Program and Abstract Book
    * Gala Dinner

Admission to the Congress events is reserved only for participants wearing the Congress badge.

     *Post-Doctoral Fellow and Student/ Nurse registration fees will be granted only to those who document their position by faxing an official statement from the head of their Department or Institution to EMWCC2008: 66 (0)02718-0065 or email: aict2008@lawson-marsh.com . Nurses may provide a copy of their nursing license.

Cancellation Policy

     The Congress will refund the registration fees to those prepaid participants who are unable to attend. However, the  amount of refunds depends on the date that the participants request for cancellation. Cancellation charge of 100 $US  will be deducted if the cancellation is made before April 30, 2008 and cancellation charge of 150 $US will be deducted  if the cancellation is made from May 1-31, 2008. If cancellation is made after May 31, 2007, no refund can be
expected. Please notice that all approved refunds will be processed after the congress event.

Non-Smoking Policy

     The Congress follows a non-smoking policy. No smoking is allowed any where during the congress including the
lecture or meeting rooms, exhibition area and poster presentation area.
